 IMPORTANT HIPAA BREACH NOTICE
In December 2025, Vision Care 4Life was the unfortunate victim of a ransom attack on our medical records system.  Demographic and medical information were stolen.  Dr. Foster has reported the breach to all required government entities.  She has gone to great lengths to both secure the office as well as implement new, robust policies and systems to reduce the risk of another breach.  To date, we have no evidence that the cybercriminals have utilized the data in any manner harmful to our patients.  We will continue to work with the regulatory agencies as required.  We encourage all our patients to check their usernames and passwords for any program that might be related to the office.  Changing your password would be advisable.  Most importantly, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Privacy Officer, Dr. Wendy Foster.
